Shoutcast Streaming Service Sucks !!!

So 48 hours, in the middle of broadcasting, my streaming provider, Shoutcast, decided to drop my stream and it hasn't come back since.

Emails, support tickets and every attempt to contact them has been met with silence and the service hasn't been restored. Payments are by Direct Debit so non payment isn't a cause. So I have taken the decision to look around for a better service, which will mean some slight disruption whilst I re-jig the website in respect of a new supplier.

I have implemented an emergency option which isn't the prettiest but works whilst I investigate my options, which should mean you are able to continue to listen.
